Membership in the Nebraska Lottery MVP Club entitles you to receive information concerning Nebraska Lottery products and promotions, according to your stated preferences. You may modify your member profile at any time by following the directions on the MVP Club members login page of this website.MVP Club members who register on-line are eligible to participate in a Nebraska Lottery $2 Scratch Game Survey Contest during March 2004.There is no purchase necessary to enter. The contest is open to Nebraska residents only. You can complete the survey and enter only once.Entering the contest involves answering a simple survey through nelottery.com. The survey is conducted on behalf of the Nebraska Lottery by Ipsos-Reid, a leading North American research firm.The survey contest runs between March 1 and March 31, 2004. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on March 31, 2004.The following prizes will be awarded in a random drawing on April 1, 2004:1st Prize, 43-inch Pioneer HD PureVision Plasma TV, 1 winner(includes tuner, 2 speakers, and stand), a $6,785 package...features stereo output, SRS 3D Sound, Picture-in-Picture, and more.(The 1st Prize includes $4,750 for the value of the TV package, plus the Nebraska Lottery pays state and federal withholding taxes of $339.29 and $1,696.43, respectively.)2nd Prize, Nebraska Lottery MVP Club t-shirt (XL), 30 winnersTo enter, login with your MVP Club membership on nelottery.com and take the $2 Scratch Game Survey.Only entries submitted by MVP Club members through nelottery.com, and containing complete and valid information will be eligible for the contest.Entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or incompletely received—including by reason of technical malfunction, network congestion or system incompatibility—are not eligible.Information provided by MVP Club members will be kept confidential, and will be used solely by or on behalf of the Nebraska Lottery and will not be shared with or sold to outside parties.The Nebraska Lottery will notify contest winners. The identity of contest winners is public information, and will be posted on this website and may be publicized by other means including, but not limited to, news releases and articles in the Nebraska Lottery players magazine and retailer newsletter.Prizes awarded in this, and any other contest conducted by the Nebraska Lottery are considered earned income and will be reported for tax purposes.
