$22,000 2by2 Prize for Omaha Woman
March 1, 2011 – Jackie Finley of Omaha recently won $22,000 playing 2by2 from the Nebraska Lottery.
There were more than 18,000 Nebraska Lottery winners in the Saturday, February 12, drawings. Among these winners was Finley, who purchased her winning 2by2 ticket at Quik Trip, 715 South Saddlecreek Road in Omaha. The ticket was good for three drawings and contained the winning red ball numbers (9, 10) and winning white ball numbers (6, 20) from the February 12 drawing for a corresponding prize of $22,000.
Two hundred and forty-two Nebraska Lottery players have won the 2by2 top prize to date.
While claiming her prize on February 14, Finley told Nebraska Lottery officials that she learned she had won the $22,000 prize after returning to Quik Trip to check her tickets. “My husband didn’t believe me when I told him,” said Finley. She plans to save her winnings for the future.
2by2 is run by the Multi-State Lottery Association and was introduced in June 2002. Players in Kansas, Nebraska and North Dakota have the opportunity to win up to $22,000 Monday through Sunday by playing 2by2. The odds of winning the $22,000 2by2 top prize are 1 in 105,625, and the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.59.
