The Nebraska Lottery is celebrating 15 Years of Fun providing great games and generating proceeds for good causes across the state! As our gift to you, we are offering three chances to win $5,000 cash in three separate second-chance drawings throughout 2008! From October 1 through December 31, 2008 play $2 and $3 Nebraska Lottery Scratch games for your chance to win in this contest!
How The Promotion Works:
Collect one non-winning $2 Scratch ticket and one non-winning $3 Scratch ticket to enter the promotion. Eligible entries include any of the available $3 and $2 Scratch games on sale from Wednesday, October 1, 2008, through Wednesday, December 31, 2008.
NOTE: Deal or No Deal (game #539) tickets that contain the “telephone” entry symbol in the BANKER’S BOX are winning tickets and cannot be entered in this promotion. However, these tickets can be entered in the Deal or No Deal Contest by following the instructions on the back of the ticket. Non-winning Deal or No Deal tickets are eligible for the 15 Years of Fun Second Chance contest.
Enter one of two ways:
1. Mail:
- Players collect one non-winning $2 Scratch ticket and one non-winning $3 Scratch ticket, completely fill out the back of at least one of the tickets with the player’s name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, and daytime phone number, and then mail to: Nebraska Lottery 15 Years of Fun Giveaway THREE, Nebraska Lottery, P.O. Box 98946, Lincoln, NE 68509-8946. Each entry of one non-winning $2 Scratch ticket and one non-winning $3 Scratch ticket must be in a separate sealed envelope. Entries received after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7, are not eligible and will be destroyed.
- All entries with more than one non-winning $2 Scratch ticket and one non-winning $3 Scratch ticket will be considered as one entry except as provided below.
- Multiple entries may be mailed together in a larger envelope provided that each individual entry envelope includes one non-winning $2 Scratch ticket and one non-winning $3 Scratch ticket. Place entries in a sealed envelope with the back of at least one ticket completely filled out. The larger envelope must be clearly marked “Multiple Entries Enclosed.” Envelopes containing multiple entries, but not marked “Multiple Entries Enclosed,” will not be opened so that their contents may be entered individually in the drawing.
2. On-line:
- MVP Club members may choose to enter one non-winning $2 Scratch ticket and one non-winning $3 Scratch ticket by logging into the MVP Club through www.nelottery.com. Players must keep entered tickets for verification.
- Eligible tickets must be entered on nelottery.com prior to 5:00 p.m. (C.T.) on Wednesday, January 7, 2009. MVP Club entrants must keep the physical tickets from which the ticket numbers are entered to prove eligibility and to claim any prize won.
- The 12-digit ticket serial number is displayed on the back of the ticket above the barcode. The boxed 3-digit number is located under the latex on the front of each ticket.

To Enter The Drawings:
Entries are eligible for one drawing only, but players can enter as often as they like. Entries received after 5:00 p.m. (C.T.) on Tuesday, January 7, 2009 are not eligible for the drawing and will be destroyed. Players may not simultaneously enter the same tickets twice through both the website and the mail.
Grand Prize Drawing:
The Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2009. The Grand Prize winner will win $5,000.
